New Creality 3D Printer

Introducing the new 3D Printer “Creality 3D® Ender-3” in 'do-it-yourself' assembly kit, with a usable print area of 220 x 220 x 250 mm. And’ a machine with advanced software that includes the: “Power Resume” which resumes printing when the power grid returns. The extruder is a “MK10” for 1.75mm filament with 0.4mm nozzle. This is the 3D printer produced by the well-known manufacturer Creality®, remains particularly compact, it expresses good characteristics and has a very low price.

Inspired by the well-known opensource 3d printer 'Prusa I3 leverages Ender-3 has a sturdy frame with Y-profiles. Bowden 3D Remote Extruder

Among the various features we have a Bowden remote extrusion system. In this configuration, both the motor and the filament driver are no longer positioned close to the same mobile extruder. Instead, it was fixed on one side of the frame of the same 3D printer with the advantage of decreasing the overall weight of the trolley and therefore inertia in fast movements. In this configuration there is the advantage that the extruder block being positioned on the X axis, No longer affected by the weight of the motor and the driver pushing the filament. Therefore it acquires the advantage of less inertia and great responsiveness in rapid traveling movements.

Excellent ratio between dimensions and size of the printing bed

It has considerable 3D printing dimensions when compared to the modest external dimensions, i.e. 220x220x250mm. In addition, its structure is very robust and at the same time very rational, so much so that do-it-yourself assembly is simple and quick.

The print bed of the Ender-3 3D printer can be heated up to a maximum of 110 °C which can be reached in about 5 minutes. The extruder is a modern MK-10, Sheathed with a PTFE tube to the base of the nozzle, This reduces the risk of clogging and poor extrusion.
